Our History
Cal Sastre was opened by Victor and Teresa as a gift shop in 1996. In 2016, Laia joined them. Mother and daughter undertook to re-imagine the small family business. The renaissance was brought about in partnership with two young local professionals, the architect Mauria Auquer and the interior designer Alba Prats.
Our Philosophy
Cal Sastre's business philosophy is based on the sensory concept of Mediterranean culture: to offer an artistic experience and a handcrafted product that transports you to the traditional Mediterranean where craftsmanship and local products are the functional pillars of this culture.
Cal Sastre offers local products related to art, design and quality; in a welcoming environment and an appropriate treatment for a customer who is looking for special stuff.
