SPIGA
The traditional black bread (pa moreno) from Mallorca is made with the local variety of grain called “xeixa”, the most cited grain in poetry and legends of the Balearic Islands. Ancient stone mills are still part of our landscape and the wheat ears (espiga) keep dancing with the wind!
